Project Mugen ME125-W2

BZS RACINGPARTS has created an exclusive replica set of the famous MUGEN ME125-W2. This was the first 125cc from HONDA to be released with the mono-shock system. The frame of this factory bike is TIG welded, just like the original Mugen factory bike from that time (unlike the production bikes, which were CO2 welded). The frame is constructed from special 25CrMo4 tubing and is therefore TIG welded using the same filler wire. To build the bike completely, BZS also had cylinders cast that differ from the production model of that year. The dual radiator has also been replicated by BZS based on the original Mugen factory radiators, and BZS offers the polyester (production plastic) fuel tank, front number plate, and radiator caps as a set.

The frame is offered as a kit: frame + swingarm, brake pedal footrests, axle, and swingarm axle bearing.

Double radiator + mounting rubbers and bushings

Cylinder kit, cylinder, cylinder head, piston, exhaust nozzle, studs and gasket set

Polyester set, front number plate, fuel tank and radiator covers
